Birth Doula Services

~ Prenatal visits so we can get to know each other better! I want you to feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible! We’ll laugh and be awkward (because that’s just me) and talk all about your birth preferences and comfort measures. If you have dogs, I will totally snuggle them.
I will always try my best to be reachable for any questions, comments, or concerns by phone, text, or email though in between our visits.
~ On call 24/7 from 38 to 42 weeks!
Yes, even at 2 am! You let me know when it’s “go-time!” I will show up looking like I just rolled out of bed (because I probably did) with a coffee in my hand because let’s face it, it’s my life blood.
~ After birth, I can help with bodyfeeding if needed and make sure everyone is as comfortable as possible!
I mean a human being did just exit your body. This is your time to revel in the journey you just went through and soak in all that oxytocin and that postpartum meal we all dream about (I mean HELLO calories)!
~ A postnatal visit to check in on you and your beautiful family!
We will go over your thoughts and feelings regarding the birth and new parenthood. If you have any questions I can answer them then. This is for you and your family!
